Hi, MapToPlay has been showing the maintenance page for several hours.

Could you please let me know when the platform is expected to be available again and whether asset #45199 is safe and will remain downloadable after maintenance?

@pernhofer1, hello!

The maintenance mode is usually ~10-60 seconds when the platform is upgrading. So I suspect you saw this loading page and left it like that without manually refreshing the page.
So there's no ongoing maintenance to wait for, and it was not there.

Perhaps you can provide more details of what exactly you did, on which page, etc.

@pernhofer1, Hey!

Nothing is actually under maintenance; that page is just what shows up when the download request times out on my side.
Your export is finished and safely stored; it is only the download of larger files that breaks, and yours is around 240 MB. I've found the cause, and a fix is on the way.
