merging selected polygons aren't working first i thought i dint understand the function right so tried 2 scenario's merging selected polygons from 2 separate poly shapes and tried to merge selected polygons in one poly shape in none of the 2 scenarios i did nothing. is it a bug or do i not understand what you mean with that function?

so bridging (filling the gap) isn't working with the hotkey SHIFT + M

@wesley you should receive a notification on why it hasn't happened. The feature is working in proper conditions (when polygons share vertices). If there's a gap between them, they won't merge now.
