How to Clear a Project

I would like to be able to clear my first project and try a different location. I only have a basic account and would like to learn more and prove the value of it before I upgrade. Can I delete my first project and try again with just a basic account? If so, how do I go about doing so?

@dgmcnarry, you can not "clear project for a different location". You can only clear the project for the same location, or create a new one for a different location.
And yes, you can delete the project and create a new one on Basic (you only have a limit of active number of projects, so removal is safe).
