how about a shared cloud for the free package, so 2 persons have acces to the same project, but can only one can ever edit it at the same time. But if the teams feature is already designed that way this is of course pointless.
@Kanetoo, hello! Well, this collaboration feature is already exists, including roles and permissions, but at this point it's not available in all tiers.
