Hello Platform owner,

I started a new project, ran the three tasks and they all completed. The Export button says I have to open the project in Editor V2 to finally be able to export.

The Editor is stuck on following state.


Not sure if the export or the editor is only supposed to work for paid users?

I just started on MapToPlay, currently on a free account, spent a good amount of time trying to navigate through your platform and I have deleted my project and restarted it once again to see it stuck on the same state.

Thanks for the report and for providing the project ID. The Editor should work for everyone, so I'll check what's happening there.

Titre : Projet FS25 – erreur d’application après la création du projet

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème avec la création d’un projet Farming Simulator 25.

J’ai essayé de créer un projet de 2048 × 2048 m avec les réglages suivants :

Farming Simulator 25
Zone jouable : 2048 × 2048 m
DTM : SRTM Global 30 m
Fournisseurs DSM désactivés
Vecteur : API OSM publique
Prétraitement activé
Tampon polygonal : 5 m
Imagerie satellite désactivée

J’ai volontairement simplifié le projet et essayé plusieurs fois, mais après avoir continué dans l’assistant, MapToPlay plante et affiche :

« Erreur d’application : une exception côté client s’est produite lors du chargement de app.maptoplay.com »

La console du navigateur affiche également une erreur JavaScript NotFoundError liée à removeChild.

Le problème se produit même lorsque l’imagerie satellite n’est pas sélectionnée.

Je joins une capture d’écran de l’erreur et de la console.

Pouvez-vous vérifier si le problème vient de la plateforme ou du projet ?

@layettejoey This is a browser-side translation conflict, not a project or export failure. Please select “Show original” in Edge, disable automatic translation for app.maptoplay.com, and hard-refresh the page.
